Team New Zealand has requested the America's Cup Arbitration Panel engage in formal mediation over the race course issues with the challengers

Team New Zealand has requested the America's Cup Arbitration Panel engage in formal mediation over the race course issues with the challengers

The Cup holders say they tabled a new proposal which has been rejected by the Challenger of Record Luna Rossa around usage of the courses, this after the Arbitration Panel ruled against the inner city courses 10 days ago.

Team New Zealand will refer the dispute to the Arbitration Panel for mediation.
