    Police are responding to a fleeing driver incident in Auckland's New Lynn


    Just after 2pm, a vehicle was seen driving in a dangerous manner on Rankin Avenue, and didn't stop for Police.

    Instead, the driver unsuccessfully attempted to ram Police and drove off at speed.

    A pursuit was abandoned with the vehicle last sighted travelling east on Titirangi Road.
