Gisborne and Hawke's Bay Fine spells. Isolated showers about the ranges this afternoon.
Wairarapa Cloudy periods. Isolated showers for a time tomorrow morning. Fine spells increasing tomorrow afternoon.
Nelson, Buller and Westland Cloudy with isolated showers. Becoming mainly fine tomorrow, apart from isolated showers inland tomorrow afternoon.
Marlborough and Canterbury Cloud clearing to fine for a time this afternoon. Becoming fine again tomorrow afternoon.
