Market Report - Friday, 17 May 2024
The NZ Sharemarket fell slightly today with the NZX50 down -0.08% percent (-9.74 points) from previous close to end the day at 11,728. The most actively traded stock on the bourse, with over 3.9 million shares changing hands was Fletcher Building, closing the day up 1% from it's opening to $2.89. The next biggest trader was Spark (was Telecom) ($4.19) with over 2.2 million shares being traded. Rises outweighed falls by 125 to 124, with the star of the day being RTO Limied (, while the biggest loser was Rakon Ltd (up 0%). |
