Tourism New Zealand's unveiled a bold new vision to achieve sector growth of five-billion dollars by the end of 2028

    24 May 2024
The agency has its sights set on doing this largely by increasing the typical 'off-peak' season by 3.5-billion dollars.

Chief Executive, Rene de Monchy wants to re-frame New Zealand on the global stage, to highlight tourism's operating 12 months of the year.

He says achieving a more even flow of visitors will also aid our country's connectivity, as airlines will follow the demand for flights in and out of Aotearoa.
