    One of Christchurch's hottest hospitality spots has sold for 60 million dollars

    Investment fund manager Mainland Capital has bought Little High Eatery - a multi-vendor restaurant space that's a landmark post-quake success story.

    Mainland Capital Chief Executive Ben Bridge says an existing fund is acquiring the assets to give investors the chance to regenerate the CBD.

    He says it's an outstanding asset linking history with a popular eatery.
