The stock markets have fallen as Donald Trump's sweeping tariffs come into force

Stocks across Europe have closed lower - many posting their biggest single day loss since early April.
Stocks in the U.S have also fallen ... the Nasdaq falling roughly 2.5 % while the Dow Jones is down 1.5 %
Trade Negotiator Jeff Moon told Sky News, he's surprised the markets have done as well as they have.
He says he would've thought the tariff threats over the last six months would've created enormous instability.
