The construction giant's announced a net loss of 419-million dollars, compared to a loss of 227-million dollars last year.
Fletcher boss Andrew Reding says this has been one of the most demanding years in recent memory.
Revenue's down nine-percent.
Meanwhile, Spark's reporting a 17.7 drop in profit, and Sky City remains in a trading halt as it prepares to announce a possible capital raise.
