Tito Jackson paid a visit to a memorial in honour of his late brother Michael Jackson just days before his own death

The veteran musician passed away on Sunday (15.09.24) at the age of 70 with reports suggesting he suffered a heart attack while driving from New Mexico to Oklahoma and now it's been revealed his final post on Instagram came just days before his death when Tito shared his experience of visiting a shrine dedicated to Michael - who died in 2009 - during a trip to Germany.

    19 September 2024
Alongside a picture showing Tito admiring the memorial, the singer wrote: "Before our show in Munich, my brothers Jackie, Marlon, and I, visited the beautiful memorial dedicated to our beloved brother, Michael Jackson.

"We're deeply grateful for this special place that honours not only his memory but also our shared legacy. Thank you for keeping his spirit alive."

The brothers were in Germany as part of a tour as the Jackson 5 with the revived group featuring Tito alongside his son Taryll, 49, and brothers Marlon, 67, and Jackie, 73. Their final show together was in Munich, Germany on September 10.

After Tito's death, Taryll shared a statement alongside his brothers Taj, and TJ - who performed as pop group 3T - paying tribute to their father.

In a post on Instagram, the trio wrote: "It's with heavy hearts that we announce that our beloved father, Rock Roll Hall of Famer Tito Jackson is no longer with us.

"We are shocked, saddened and heartbroken. Our father was an incredible man who cared about everyone and their well-being.

"Some of you may know him as Tito Jackson from the legendary Jackson 5, some may know him as 'Coach Tito' or some know him as 'Poppa T'. "Nevertheless, he will be missed tremendously. It will forever be 'Tito Time' for us. Please remember to do what our father always preached and that is 'Love One Another'. We love you Pops."
