Brisbane rugby league legend Trevor Gillmeister has urged the Broncos pack to fire up defensively and start hurting opponents ahead of their visit to the Warriors this weekend in the NRL

Brisbane rugby league legend Trevor Gillmeister has urged the Broncos pack to fire up defensively and start hurting opponents ahead of their visit to the Warriors this weekend in the NRL

    15 April 2025 - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The Brisbane forwards were dominated last week by the Sydney Roosters in a 26-16 loss, as they were in a 32-22 towelling by Canberra in round two.

Gillmeister, renowned as one of the fiercest defenders to play the game, says the Broncos need to be more physical in the middle of the park and meter out more punishment when on defence.
