    Rents have dropped around the country for a second month

    Trade Me numbers show the national median fell to 560 dollars a week in April - with the most significant decreases in Otago, Bay of Plenty and Auckland.

    Trade Me's Casey Wylde says it's rare for the numbers drop two months in a row - and believes it's down to high property supply.
