Fonterra is dishing out dividends, as it reports strong interim results

The co-op's lifted its first-half net profit by eight percent - to 729 million dollars.
It's also announced a 22 cents-a-share dividend, a rise from 15 in the previous comparable period.
Chief executive Miles Hurrell says global uncertainty is expected to impact business.
He says a lot of it is outside their control - but it is their job to navigate through them.
