The Commerce Commission is filing criminal charges against the Warehouse for selling a toy it says presents a safety risk to children

The Commerce Commission is filing criminal charges against the Warehouse for selling a toy it says presents a safety risk to children

    19 September 2024
The Comcom says the Roo Crew Take Apart Vehicle range has small parts young children could choke on.

It says simply marking toys with a 'for ages three-plus' sticker doesn't change the legality.

The Warehouse has issued a voluntary recall of the products - and the Comcom recommends parents return them.
