    Pete Davidson likes assertive women

The 31-year-old comedian has had a string of high-profile romances over the years, and Pete has now confessed to liking strong, confident women

    4 February 2025
Pete - who has previously dated the likes of Ariana Grande, Kaia Gerber, Sally Dynevor, Kim Kardashian and Madelyn Cline - said on 'The Drew Barrymore Show': "I'm the girl, I think, whenever I'm in a relationship. So, some guys are shy ... when a lady's like, 'Hey,' you know?"

Asked if men like assertive women, the 'Saturday Night Live' star replied: "I do, because I grew up [with] all ladies in the house, so I act pretty feminine."

Pete previously admitted to being baffled by the interest in his love life.

The comedy star has dated some of the most well-known women in the world, but Pete can't understand why his love life attracts some much attention.

He said on the 'Real Ones' podcast: "I'm in my 20s and I've dated people. And for some reason, that's very crazy and interesting to people. I don't think it's interesting.

"I've been in show business for, like, half my life almost - for 14 or 15 years and on a national TV show. In 12 years I've dated 10 people. I don't think that's that crazy, but to some people, that's very interesting. That became all anyone would talk about."

Pete wishes that his comedy work was the focus of the public's attention - not his love life.

He said: "Suddenly you're in this zeitgeist and that has nothing to do with the work. And that's a really s***** feeling. I became more known before the work was there, but I was always working."
