    Two people have been found dead in a harbour-side Wellington suburb

    1 April 2025
    Police received a request for a welfare check in Roseneath last night, from a concerned family member who hadn't heard from loved ones.

    Officers arrived to discover two bodies.

    Police say there's no ongoing risk to the public, but they'll stay in Roseneath in numbers as they investigate.
