A survey shows Kiwis aren't confident about changing jobs ... despite record available positions

    22 June 2021
The Trade Me Jobs survey has found 17 percent of people intend to leave their current job within the year, a 10 percent drop from last year.

It also showed work-life balance was the most important factor for job hunters.

Trade Me Jobs sales director Matt Tolich says Covid-19 is still on our minds.

He says stability is really important for Kiwis.
