The news keeps getting better for mortgage holders

The news keeps getting better for mortgage holders

    17 October 2024
Interest rates are continuing to fall, following last week's cut to the Official Cash Rate, and yesterday's drop in the inflation rate.

Both Westpac and ASB have adjusted their rates today.

It follows adjustments by ANZ, BNZ and Kiwibank over the past two days.

With inflation now back at 2.2 percent, the Reserve Bank's expected to cut the Official Cash Rate by another 50 to 75 basis points next month.
