    Now's the time to buy for those looking to get on the property ladder

    The latest REINZ outlook shows a stable market, with interest rate expectations stabilising as inflation pressures ease.

    Median house prices across the country have held firm, rising only slightly in January to 753 thousand dollars.

    OneRoof Editor Owen Vaughan says these are the best buying conditions.

    He says housing affordability is good and people have a lot of choice, with plenty of properties hitting the market.
