    Chemicals maker DGL has announced it will delist from the NZX next month ... and retain a sole listing on the Australian Stock Exchange

    Its board says it believes a New Zealand trading platform is of "little or no value" to DGL or its shareholders, and there's no benefit from staying on the NZX.

    NZX chief executive Mark Peterson says the decision's clearly a reaction to controversial comments by chief executive Simon Henry about My Food Bag and its co-founder, Nadia Lim.
