Potential we've passed the bottom of the housing market ... as we clock up 40 year low

CoreLogic figures show close to 61-thousand properties were sold in the year to February 2023 - the lowest 12 month total since 1983.
But Real estate agent Diego Traglia says in the last few weeks it feels like there's more going on.
He says the levels of inquiries, offers and open home attendees is the busiest it's been since the end of 2021.
