Debt-laden Synlait Milk is expected to report a first-half loss of between 17-and-21-million dollars.
And cyclone-affected produce company T-and-G Global is forecasting a full-year loss of 60-to-67 million.
But Fonterra has increased its forecast Farmgate Milk Price -- raising the midpoint from seven-dollars-50 to seven-dollars-80.
The Country's Rowena Duncum says more rises are possible this season.
