    The High Court is putting an Auckland apartment developer into interim receivership

    2 August 2024
    It comes after an application from the Financial Markets Authority.

    Receivers have been appointed to investigate the financial position of Du Val Capital Partners and other Du Val Group companies.

    About 120 investors have put money into the entities.

    Du Val said last month it had developed nearly 1000 apartments in Auckland and was one of this country's largest private residential developers.
