    A growing divide between rich and poor countries at this years Cop29 global summit

    A draft proposal is on the table, that would see developed countries pay 385-billion dollars a year to developing countries, from 20-35.

    CNN Climate Correspondent Bill Weir says the proposal has offended many.

    He says the move is beginning to erode trust between countries.
