Sky City's profit is down 73-percent, with less people gambling.

Air New Zealand's fell 18-percent, hit by reductions in businesses and government agencies travel spending - and continuing engine problems.

Auckland Airport's profit rose two-percent, in large part due to more Kiwis heading offshore.

Real estate investment firm Precinct Properties' profit went up four-percent, benefiting from workers returning to offices.
