    The Cook Island's Government will not be progressing an initiative for its own passport

    Prime Minister Mark Brown spoke with Foreign Minister Winston Peters earlier today - and has confirmed he doesn't want to do anything to risk Cook Islanders' rights or security.

    Brown's in Beijing with a delegation - to meet over a possible Chinese partnership.
