    Police -- including the Armed Offenders Squad -- have cordoned off Mikimiki Road, north of Masterton, after spotting a vehicle of interest

    23 February 2025
    Officers first saw the vehicle around 9:15am, then found it abandoned around two hours later.

    A witness reported nine police cars were heading north through Carterton earlier this afternoon.
