Jennifer Aniston has celebrated Pedro Pascal's 50th birthday with a special tribute on social media

The actress, 56, shared a comic from The New Yorker on her Instagram Stories, featuring a therapy session in which a therapist tells a patient: "It's not strange at all - lately, a lot of people are reporting that their faith in humanity is riding entirely on whether or not Pedro Pascal is as nice as he seems"

    5 April 2025
She added on top of the post: "Can confirm - as nice as he seems (raised-hands emoji.)"

Jennifer concluded: "Happy Birthday PP!" while tagging Pedro's account and adding two celebratory birthday emojis.

Pedro, known for his role in 'The Fantastic Four: First Steps', marked his milestone on Wednesday (02.04.25), with celebrations includIng purple streamers greeting him as he stepped out of a trailer on what appeared to be a film set - with the actor pictured smiling widely on social media.

On Thursday (03.04.25) he shared further glimpses of his birthday festivities online, including a moment with his three siblings, Javiera Pascal, Nicolás Pascal, and Lux Pascal, who presented him with a two-tier cake adorned with candles.

His Marvel co-star Vanessa Kirby was seen in the background recording the moment.

"Gracias," Pedro captioned a subsequent photo on his Instagram Stories, showing him hugging his sisters with visible emotion.

Jennifer and Pedro were recently spotted together outside the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles on 23 March - sparking much speculation the pair were an item.

But a source told People the meeting was "a business dinner to get to know each other better."

The insider added: "Jen likes Pedro's energy and would love to work with him."

During 'The Last of Us' season two premiere days later, in which Pedro has a leading role, he told Access Hollywood he would "do anything" for Jennifer.

He also hinted that he might make an appearance on her Apple TV+ series 'The Morning Show', which he, Jennifer, and her co-star Reese Witherspoon previously joked about at the 2024 Critics Choice Awards.

The actor said: "If you're in a party setting and you make eye contact with Jen, she just knows exactly what's going on with you and knows exactly how to make you feel.

"If you're really high at a party, make eye contact with Jen Aniston, and she'll calm your central nervous system and you'll be like, 'Oh no, everything's fine, I'm safe'."
