A Christchurch businessman accused of distributing footage of one of the mosque shootings has been denied bail

Philip Arps will be held in custody until his next appearance on April 15.
He was handcuffed in court and the judge granted a police request to clear the public gallery for the hearing.
Forty-four year old Arps faces two charges of distributing the livestream of the Deans Ave Mosque shooting the day after they occurred.
The charges have a maximum penalty of 14 years.
