They've also allocated $2.2 billion dollars to help tackle the effects of the pandemic.
150 of the 211 member associations have so far applied for funds.
Each national association can seek a grant of 1.5 million dollars, plus a further 750 thousand dollars which has to be ring-fenced for the women's game.
