House prices could go down, rather than up - according to new data

ANZ Property Focus Report expects prices to fall by 0.4 percent in the year, as compared to a 0.2 percent rise.
Lowe and Co Managing Director Craig Lowe says migration, and government decisions play a role - as more people put their homes on the market.
He says things are going to be a bit muted, in the next year or two.
