    Further signs of a slowdown in construction, and a reduction in sheep farming

    Stats NZ data shows building activity fell 3.2 percent in the September quarter, with residential building work at its lowest point in four years.

    Meanwhile, sheep production for the year to June was down three-percent annually.

    And latest Beef and Lamb figures shows spring lamb docking numbers are down 5.4 percent on last year.

    Beef production is unchanged, and dairy production is up one-percent.
