Victoria Beckham has hailed husband David Beckham her "boss" after he stripped to his underwear for a new advertising campaign

The former Spice Girls singer had a cheeky response to her 49-year-old spouse's new photo collection advertising Hugo Boss' Boss One Bodywear collection, in which he posed in nothing but a pair of tight-fitting black briefs

    3 February 2025
Sharing a close up of the photo on Instagram, with just David's torso and underwear visible, she wrote: "My boss [black heart and wink face emojis] (sic)"

The campaign, which was directed by photographers Mert and Marcus, was launched on Thursday (30.01.25) and the photographs see the former England footballer standing against a dark grey backdrop in his blacck underwear, and in another, his abs are on display as he sits on the floor with his arm resting between his legs and one knee turned off to the side.

A third shows him being doused with water from above, and the fourth was the one shared by Victoria. While all four feature him in the black pants, a fifth image shows him lounging in a black leather chair while wearing white boxer briefs with a black band and white lettering.

And David admitted he "simply couldn't refuse" the chance to star in the campaign, despite previously declaring his "bodywear modelling days" were over.

He said in a statement: "I once said that my bodywear modelling days had come to an end, but when Boss shared their ambition for the range and brought in my good friends Mert and Marcus to shoot the campaign with their brilliant creative ideas I simply couldn't refuse.

"The new Boss One collection is beautifully made. I'm proud to support Boss in our long-term strategic partnership with this campaign."

Hugo Boss are delighted to have David front the Boss One Bodywear collection, which features "premium-quality men's underwear essentials, including trunks, briefs, tank tops and T-shirts in minimalist black and white hues."

Hugo Boss CEO David Grieder said in a statement: "The launch of the Boss One Bodywear collection marks another milestone and a new chapter in our long-term strategic partnership with David Beckham.

"It is also a testament to our joint dedication to style and excellence. Bodywear is an iconic product group, and with this campaign, we aim to inspire customers and fans of the brand worldwide more than ever."
