Donald Trump's now threatening to raise tariffs on Chinese goods to more than 100-percent, if China doesn't backtrack on its retaliatory tariffs.
JMI Wealth Director Andrew Kelleher says global markets are volatile.
He says stock markets in Hong Kong, Japan and China have all recorded sharp declines.
