    Northwest swell 2 metres developing late north of Cape Terawhiti.
    Fair visibility in periods of rain.

    Outlook following 3 days:
    Thursday: Northerly 20 knots, but 35 knots for a time in the morning.
    Very rough sea, easing.
    Moderate northerly swell in north.
    Friday: Easing to variable 10 knots early.
    Northerly 15 knots developing late.
    Very rough sea easing.
    Moderate northerly swell in north, easing.
    Saturday: Northerly rising to 25 knots.
    Sea becoming rough.
