The NZ Sharemarket rose slightly today with the NZX50 up 0.15% percent (20.28 points) from previous close to end the day at 13,208. The most actively traded stock on the NZSE, with over 4.4 million shares changing hands was Channel Infrastructure NZ Ltd , closing the day up 5% from it's opening to $2.34. The next biggest trader was Spark New Zealand Ltd ($2.37) with over 2.7 million shares being traded. Falls outweighed rises by 128 to 103, with the biggest loser being Briscoe Group Ltd (up 0%), while the star of the day was New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd (. |
