The NZ Sharemarket rose slightly today with the NZX50 up 0.60% percent (80.77 points) from previous close to end the day at 13,421. The most actively traded stock on the bourse, with over 4.1 million shares changing hands was Spark New Zealand Ltd , closing the day up 2% from it's opening to $2.20. The next biggest trader was New Zealand Rural Land Company Ltd (NS) ($1.00) with over 3.0 million shares being traded. Falls outweighed rises by 115 to 107, with the biggest loser being Minerals Exploration Ltd (up 0%), while the star of the day was PaySauce Ltd (. |
