The NZ Sharemarket fell slightly yesterday with the NZX50 down -0.46% percent (-61.28 points) from previous close to end the day at 13,130. The most actively traded stock in Wellington, with over 704 thousand shares changing hands was Oceania Healthcare Ltd , closing the day up 1% from it's opening to 77c. The next biggest trader was Spark New Zealand Ltd ($3.01) with over 690 thousand shares being traded. Rises outweighed falls by 123 to 86, with the star of the day being Millennium & Copthorne Hotels NZ Ltd (, while the biggest loser was Greenfern Industries Ltd (up 0%). |
