The NZ Sharemarket fell slightly Friday with the NZX50 down -0.32% percent (-41.47 points) from previous close to end the day at 12,820. The most actively traded stock on the sharemarket, with over 12.3 million shares changing hands was Spark New Zealand Ltd, closing the day up 1% from it's opening to $3.36. The next biggest trader was Arvida Group Ltd ($1.67) with over 3.7 million shares being traded. Falls outweighed rises by 126 to 117, with the biggest loser being New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd (up 0%), while the star of the day was Black Pearl Group Ltd (. |
